As a holistic nutritionist specializing in functional medicine nutrition, I focus on identifying the root cause(s) of nutritional and skin health issues in adults, teens, children and infants, and addressing these with programs specific to a client’s metabolic and constitutional individuality, within the holistic health model of counseling the whole person—body, mind and spirit.  I specialize in the safe and effective use of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbal preparations for improving health, slowing cellular aging, recovering from surgery/traumatic injury, preventing disease and optimizing sports performance while minimizing risk of injury.
