Session 1: METABOLICALLY CORRECT DIET & NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS, CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR

Your nutrition plan begins the process of antiaging & gentle bio-detoxification, targeting the roots of chronic health conditions and accelerated cellular aging, optimizing your adrenal & thyroid function, addressing metabolic barriers to reaching your goal weight, your emotional relationship with food; strategies for improving sleep quality & emotional balance; natural tooth care & dental health. 

Session 2: ANTIAGING SKIN CARE (1st Session with JAMIE ANGELES)

Expert antiaging guidance from Skin Care Expert/Makeup Artist, Jamie Angeles, for the product ingredients that will be most effective for your particular skin care concerns.  Recommendations for a morning and evening skin care regimen that will help you rediscover how beautiful you can look...and feel!

Session 3: DIETARY ADJUSTMENT AND EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION

We will create for you a highly individualized exercise regimen, based upon your progress and health/fitness goals. Very often after a base level of fitness is regained various muscle imbalances become evident. We address these in detail throughout your program. I spend a great deal of time with my patients addressing issues like how to best improve bone density in various joints, back pain, posture, balance exercises, ergonomic posture while sitting/driving, sleep position and balance of the foot.  

Session 4: MIND-BODY STRATEGIES FOR MAKING CHANGE & STRESS MANAGEMENT - PART I

A special sequence of strategies individualized for your particular obstacles to help you make healthy dietary & lifestyle changes more successfully and reach your weight loss goals. Includes identification of limiting thoughts, first-step identification, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and other techniques. There is a combination that is just right for YOU and we will find it TOGETHER!

Session 5: MIND-BODY STRATEGIES FOR MAKING CHANGE & STRESS MANAGEMENT - PART II

Refine your knowledge of these powerful techniques so that you can use them EVERDAY to ensure your success in reaching your goals.

Session 6: OPTIMIZING & PRESERVING COGNITION, VISION, HEARING, JOINT HEALTH, STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY

Powerful strategies for returning to and maintaining these qualities of joyful health so you can do the things you love for many years to come.

Session 7: EXPANDING & ADVANCING YOUR EXERCISE REGIMEN - CONTINUING YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY.

We will expand your initial exercise regimen based upon your progress and health/fitness goals. I spend a great deal of time with my patients addressing issues like how to best improve bone density in various joints, back pain, posture, balance exercises, ergonomic posture while sitting/driving, sleep position and balance of the foot.  These issues are important to address in order to prevent and resolve imbalances in flexibility and strength that can lead to chronic musculoskeletal issues or injuries, all contributing to activity and more difficulty achieving and maintaining your goal weight.

Session 8: DIVING DEEP INTO HORMONAL BALANCE & ADRENAL/THYROID OPTIMIZATION; LIBIDO & UROLOGICAL HEA

Hormonal balance affects every cell in our body and every area of our life. Why not spend yours in balance? Balancing your hormones is both an art and a science. I will teach you BOTH.  Continue to fine-tune adrenal and thyroid  function. There are many tools to assist us in achieving and maintaining hormonal balance for you, including bio-identical hormones, homeopathic hormone forms, botanical medicine, dietary change and physical activity of varying forms. We will focus on the strategies that best meet your special needs and discuss any functional medicine tests that may be particularly beneficial to you, either at this point or in the future.
