Every patient receives customized meal plans, recipes & no-cooking needed options, as well as guidance for family meal planning. All sessions are now being conducted by phone (during the COVID-crisis). After the crisis has concluded I will once again offer comprehensive functional medical nutrition therapy at my office in Birmingham, Alabama (Cahaba Heights/Vestavia area) again. Of course we will also continue to offer sessions by phone, as we always have.
